Subject: Sale of Shares in King Power Duty Free Company Limited
To: President, The Stock Exchange of Thailand
Airports of Thailand Public Company Limited (AOT) previously informed about the approved proposal of its sale of shares in five associated companies, namely Airport Associated Company Limited (10%), Airport Duty Free Company Limited (10%), Thai Airport Ground Services Company Limited (28.50%), King Power Duty Free Company Limited (5%) and Fuel Pipeline Transportation Company Limited (1.38%).
The Board of Directors, at the Meeting No. 14/2009 held on Tuesday,December 8, 2009 at AOT Board of Directors Meeting Room, 7th Floor, AOT Head Office Building, has later resolved to approve the sale of the total of 100,000 shares in King Power Duty Free Company Limited at its book value as of 31 December, 2008, totalling Baht 195,510,000 to the previous shareholder (Mr.Aiyawatt Raksriaksorn).
