Subject: Appointment of AOT's Director

Airports of Thailand Public Company Limited (AOT) held the Board Meeting No. 11/2009 dated Thursday, September 24, 2009 at AOT Board of Directors Meeting Room, 7th Floor, AOT Head Office Building. The Board of Directors resolved to appoint Mr. Manit Wattanasen as AOT's Director to replace Mrs. Rawittha Pongnuchit who resigned from the Board of Directors. The appointment will be effective from September 24, 2009 onwards.
