Subject: Appointment of AOT's Director
To: President, The Stock Exchange of Thailand
Airports of Thailand Public Company Limited (AOT) held the Board Meeting No. 9/2009 dated July 30, 2009 at AOT Board of Directors Meeting Room, 7th Floor, AOT Head Office Building. The Board of Directors resolved to appoint Mr. Nattachak Pattamasingh Na Ayuthaya as AOT's Director to replace Mrs. Rawittha Pongnuchit who resigned from the Board of Directors. The appointment will be effective from the date on which the Public for Prosecutor Commission has the resolution of approval onwards.
