Airports of Thailand Public Company Limited (AOT) held the Board of Directors Meeting No. 5/2009 on Thursday, March 26, 2009 at the AOB Conference Room 2, 5th Floor, the Suvarnabhumi Airport Operation Building. The Board of Directors has resolved to approve the resignation of Mr. Serirat Prasutanond, General Manager of Suvarnabhumi Airport and Acting President from the position of Acting President due to his application submitted for the position of President, and the appointment of Mr. Somchai Sawasdeepon, Senior Executive Vice President (Engineering and Information Technology) to be Acting President, effective from March 27, 2009 until the position will be filled with a newly appointed person.
