To: President, The Stock Exchange of Thailand

Referring to the news published in Khao Hun newspaper dated December 8, 2008, saying that the Board of Directors of Airports of Thailand Public Company Limited (AOT) will pass the resolution of dividend payment of 2 Baht per share, AOT would like to inform that the company did not provide the aforementioned information. However, investors should be informed of the news to be provided by AOT afterwards.
