Airports of Thailand Public Company Limited (AOT) would like to report the progress of the settlement of Civil Court Case Black No. 2440/2007 between King Power Suvarnabhumi Co., Ltd. (KPS), Plaintiff and AOT, Defendant, stating that on November 27, 2008, the Civil Court has allowed the KPS to withdraw the case as formerly requested.
