Subject: Notification of Airport Blockade by a Group of Assemblers
To: President, The Stock Exchange of Thailand
Given the blockade of Hat Yai International Airport and Phuket International Airport led by a group of assemblers, causing both airports to finally cease their operations, Airports of Thailand Public Company Limited would like to inform that:
1. Hat Yai International Airport, where airlines suspended their services from August 29, 2008 at 16.40 p.m. to August 30, 2008 at 09.00 a.m., has currently resumed its operations.
2. Phuket International Airport, which was closed from August 29, 2008 at 16.50 p.m. to August 31, 2008 at 11.00 a.m., has currently resumed its operations.
