Airports of Thailand Public Company Limited (AOT) held the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders No.1/2008 on Friday 14 March 2008 and the Meeting resolved to elect 13 new directors in replacement of those who resigned from directorship and 2 existing directors, totaling 15 members of AOT's Board of Directors. In addition, in the Board of Directors Meeting No.5/2008 on Thursday 27 March 2008 at AOT's Board of Directors Meeting Room, 7th Floor, AOT Head Office Building, AOT's Board of Directors has resolved to elect the Chairman of Board of Directors and appoint independent directors as follows:
