Subject: Appointment of AOT's Chief Financial Officer

To: President, The Stock Exchange of Thailand

Airports of Thailand Public Company Limited (AOT) held the Board Meeting No.32/2007 dated November 5, 2007 at AOT Board of Directors Meeting Room, 7th Floor, AOT Head Office Building. The Board of Directors resolved to appoint Mrs.Kulya Pakakrong, Senior Executive Vice President (Planning and Finance), to be AOT's Chief Financial Officer.
