Subject: Appointment of AOT's Acting President
To: President, The Stock Exchange of Thailand
Airports of Thailand Public Company Limited (AOT) would like to inform that AOT's Board of Directors at the meeting No.30/2007 dated October 4, 2007, have resolved to appoint Mr.Chavalit Sethameteekul, AOT's Director, as AOT's Acting President in replacement of Mrs.Kulya Pakakrong in case of her need for medical treatment and hospital admission as recommended by the doctor.
At present, Mrs.Kulya Pakakrong, Acting President and Senior Executive Vice President (Planning and Finance), has to be medically treated and admitted to the hospital as to medical advice. Thus, according to the above resolution of AOT's Board of Directors, the appointment of Mr.Chavalit Sethameteekul as AOT's Acting President is effective from October 8, 2007 onwards until the position will be filled with a newly appointed person.
