RE : Payment of Interim Dividend for Year 2006
Attn : President, The Stock Exchange of Thailand
Airports of Thailand Public Company Limited (AOT)'s Board of
Directors Meeting No.15/2006 on September 14, 2006 passed a
resolution for the payment of an interim dividend from its income
to shareholders, for the half year operations from October 1, 2005
to March 31, 2006 at the rate of Baht 0.95 per share. The date for
closing of the Company's share register for the right to receive
the dividend will be September 29, 2006 at 12.00 p.m. The dividend
payment date will be October 12, 2006
