The Acceptance Of The Trnsfer Of Business Of NBIA

RE: The Acceptance of the Transfer of Business of New Bangkok
    International Airport Company Limited

Attn: President, the Stock Exchange of Thailand

Whereby the shareholders in the Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting
No. 1/2547 of Airports of Thailand Public Company Limited (AOT) on 7th
December 2004 resolved that AOT's acceptance of the transfer of the
entire business, rights, debts, liabilities, assets and obligations,
including employees, of New Bangkok International Airport Company
Limited (NBIA) to AOT was approved; and the Board of Directors of AOT
in its meeting No. 11/2548 on 29th July 2005 subsequently approved
that the effectiveness of the said transfer of NBIA's business to AOT
would be on the date of 1st January 2006 onwards.

AOT would like to inform that, on 1st January 2006, AOT had already
proceeded with the acceptance of the transfer of business, rights,
debts, liabilities, assets and obligations of NBIA to AOT.Hence, as
from 1st January 2006 onwards, the administration and management of
business of Suvarnabhumi Airport, which AOT received the transfer of
such business from NBIA, will be carried out by AOT.  The business
at Suvarnabhumi Airport will be operated as one of the business untis
of AOT.
