Re : Amendment in Notification of Resolution of the Board of Director'
Meeting of Airports of Thailand Public Company Limited No.18/2005
Attn : President, the Stock Exchange of Thailand
An amendment is required to the statement relevant to the meeting
allowance for the Board of Directors under item 5.1 (1), as follows:
"5.1 Meeting Allowance
(1) Meeting allowance for the Board of Directors comprises of the
following (not exceeding 12 monthly allowance per year)
- monthly allowance of Baht 20,000 per month
- additional meeting allowance of Baht 10,000 per meeting
(for those present at the meeting)"
The correct statement should be as follows:
"5.1 Meeting Allowance
(1) Meeting Allowance for the Board of Directors for Fiscal year
2006 comprises of the following:
- monthly allowance of Baht 20,000 per month.
- additional meeting allowance of Baht 10,000 per meeting
(for those present at the meeting but not exceeding 20
monthly allowance per year)."
