Subject: Appointment of Director and Acting President

To: President, The Stock Exchange of Thailand

Airports of Thailand Public Company Limited (AOT) had previously
informed that Mr. Serirat Prasutanond would like to resign from the Board of Directors and all the positions appointed by AOT, which would be effective from March 31, 2011 onwards and that the resignation was subject to the term of employment contract as the President of AOT which would be completed on March 30, 2011.

Essentially, AOT held the Board of Directors Meeting No. 4/2011 on
Thursday, March 24, 2011 at AOT Board of Directors Meeting Room, 7th Floor, AOT Head Office. The Board of Directors has the resolutions as follows:

1. Appoint Mr. Serirat Prasutanond as AOT's Director in
replacement of Mr. Piyapan Champasut who resigned from the Board of Directors, as proposed by the Nomination Committee.

2. Appoint Mr. Serirat Prasutanond as acting President to
perform administrative duties until the nomination process of President will be completed.

The appointment will be effective from March 31, 2011 onwards.
