Subject: Shuttle van service for the 2010 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders

To: Shareholders of Airports of Thailand Public Company Limited

Given that the 2010 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders will be held on January 21, 2011, at 14.00 hrs, at the Banquet Room, Airport Club Building, 2nd Floor, No. 333 Cherdwutagard Road, Kwaeng Sikan, Khet Don Mueang, Bangkok 10210, the Airports of Thailand Public Company Limited ("AOT") has therefore provided shuttle van service for shareholders who wish to attend the Meeting available in 2 areas as follows:

Pick - up area 1: 3 vans will park inside the Department of Land Transport around the entrance slanting to Building 1. The 1st and 2nd vans will leave at 12.00 hrs and the 3rd van will leave at 12.30 hrs.

Pick - up area 2: 1 van will park in front of Don Mueang Train Station (at the side of Vibhavadi - Rangsit Road), of which the service will start from 12.00 until 12.30 hrs.

For return transport service, a shuttle bus will be arranged for sending off shareholders at BTS elevated train station after the meeting. However, shareholders, who wish to use this service, are kindly requested to present an invitation letter to the Meeting to the staff.
