Subject: Appointment of AOT's Director

Airports of Thailand Public Company Limited (AOT) held the Board Meeting No. 6/2010 dated Wednesday, June 2, 2010 at AOT Board of Directors Meeting Room, 7th Floor, AOT Head Office Building. The Board of Directors resolved to appoint Mr. Thawanrat Ornsira as AOT's Director to replace Mr. Suphoth Sublom who resigned from the Board of Directors. The appointment will be effective from June 2, 2010 onwards.
