Airports of Thailand Public Company Limited has appointed the Sub-Committee for Determining the President's Remuneration, with the members as follows:

4. Representative of the Ministry of Finance, State Enterprise Policy Office	Member
5. Mrs. Chiraporn Chemnasiri	Secretary
6. Mr. Montri Mongkoldaow	Assistant Secretary

The appointment is effective from February 25, 2009 onwards.
