Re: Resolutions of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders No.1/2008 of Airports of Thailand Public Company Limited

Airports of Thailand Public Company Limited ("AOT") held the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders No.1/2008 on Friday, 14 March 2008, at 14.00 hrs. at the Auditorium, AOT Head Office. There were 385 shareholders, in person and by proxies, representing a total of 1,254,290,296 shares present at the Meeting. The shares presented in aggregate were more than one-third of the total shares sold of AOT (i.e. 1,428,570,000 shares) and thus formed a quorum under Article 27 of AOT's Articles of Association. The resolutions, which have been passed at the Meeting, are as follows:

1. Consideration and approval of Minutes of the 2007 Annual General Shareholders' Meeting held on 25 January 2008
Resolution: The Meeting has passed the resolution, with unanimous votes of the shareholders, approving Minutes of the 2007 Annual General Shareholders' Meeting held on 25 January 2008. The vote results are as follows:

2. Consideration of the election of new directors to replace those who resigned from directorship
Resolution : The Meeting has passed the resolution approving the election of 13 nominees for directors of AOT's Board of Directors to replace those who resigned from directorship, with vote results in respective order as follows:
