Subject: Appointment of AOT's Director and President

To: President, The Stock Exchange of Thailand

Airports of Thailand Public Company Limited (AOT) held the Board Meeting No.32/2007 dated November 5, 2007 at AOT Board of Directors Meeting Room, 7th Floor, AOT Head Office Building. The Board of Directors resolved to;

1. Appoint Air Marshal Chana U.Sataphorn as AOT's Director to replace Mr.Chotisak Asapaviriya, the former resigned Director. The appointment is effective from November 5, 2007 onwards.

2. Elect Air Marshal Chana U.Sataphorn to be AOT's President. The 4-year term of holding position starts from November 5, 2007 until November 4, 2011.
