Subject: The resignation of the Director of the Board of Airports of Thailand Public Company Limited

Airports of Thailand Public Company Limited (AOT) would like to inform the resignation of Mr. Areepong Bhoocha-oom, the Director of AOT Board of Directors as he will have mostly been occupied by higher additional responsibility as Director-General of State Enterprise Policy Office. The resignation is effective from 2 July 2007 onwards.
