Airports of Thailand Public Company Limited (AOT) held the Board Meeting No.4/2007 on January 26th,2007 at Board Meeting's Room, 7th Floor, Head Office Building. Details of the resolutions are as follows:

1 Approval of General Saprang Kalyanamitr as Chairman of the Board of Directors

2 Approval of Air Chief Marshal Narongsak Sangapong as the First Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors

3 Approval of Mr. Chavalit Sethameteekul as the Second Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors

4 Approval of Mr. Chotisak Asapaviriya as Director and Secretary

5 Approval of the appointment of Independent Directors as follows:

5.1 Mr. Nonthapol Nimsomboon

5.2 Mr. Yodyiam Teptaranon

5.3 Mr. Jermsak Pintong

6 Approval of the appointment of Air Vice Marshal Ittaporn Subhawong as a member of the Recruitment Committee. The Recruitment Committee consists of:

6.1 Mr. Kampree Kaocharern Chairman

6.2 Air Vice Marshal Ittaporn Subhawong Member

6.3 Mr. Areepong Bhoocha-oom Member

The Audit Committee and the Remuneration Committee have not been changed.
