Subject: Resolution of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders No.1/2006 of the Airports of Thailand Public Company Limited (AOT)

The Airports of Thailand Public Company Limited (AOT), convened the Extraordinary General Meeting of shareholders No.1/2006 on Thursday 16 November 2006 at 14.00 hrs. at AOT Auditorium on the 3rd floor of AOT headquarter building located at 333 Cherdwutagard Road, Don Mueang, Bangkok. AOT would like to notify the resolution of the Extraordinary General Meeting of shareholder No.1/2006 as follows:
