Correction to Notes to Financial Statements

Subject: Correction to Notes to Financial Statements
Attn: President, the Stock Exchange of Thailand
Reference can be made to the Airports of Thailand Public Company
Limited (AOT) letter No.105/2006 dated February 14 th 2006 regarding to
the review report of auditor accompanying consolidated and the company
balance sheets for the first quarter of fiscal year 2006 as at
December 31,2005.
The correction should be made to item no.5.23 of page 14 as follows:
- line 2 from " the gain on exchange rate of Bath 1,264.66 million"
to " the gain on exchange rate of Bath 1,263.45 million"
- line 6 from "at the end of period of the loan payment which was
the gain of Bath 2,048.80 million"
to "at the end of period of the loan payment which was the
gain of Bath 2,047.59 million"
Please be informed and further proceed with public disclosure
accordingly.
