Subject: The resignation of the President of Airports of Thailand Public Company Limited

To: President, The Stock Exchange of Thailand

Regarding to the Resolution of the Board of Directors Meeting No.5/2007 dated 1 February 2007,the Board of Directors has approved the resignation of Mr. Chotisak Asapaviriya from the Director and Secretary to the Board of Directors and from the President of Airports of Thailand Public Company Limited (AOT). The resignation is effective from 2 February 2007 onwards. In the meantime, the Resolution of the Board of Directors has approved the appointment of Mrs.Kulya Pakakrong, Senior Executive Vice President (Planning and Finance) as the Acting President.
